Window & Eligibility
Returns for a refund to the original payment method are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns made on days 31–60 (where supported) are eligible for store credit/gift card. A proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or account email) is required.

Condition Requirements
Items must be new or gently used, with no excessive wear, stains, damage, or missing parts. Please keep original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories when possible. For hygiene/safety or customization reasons, certain products are final sale (e.g., personal care, opened consumables, customized items).

Non-returnable Examples
Requests beyond the allowed window; damage caused by misuse; missing key accessories/documents; items marked “Final Sale.”

How to Start a Return

  1. Go to Account → Orders → Start a return (or email support@nigtlyn.com).

  2. Pack the item securely, use our return label if provided, and include your order number in the parcel.

  3. After inspection, we’ll process a refund or store credit and notify you via email.

Refunds & Timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Shipping fees/duties are non-refundable unless the issue is our error. We typically process refunds within 3–5 business days after inspection; your bank’s posting time may vary. Returns that don’t meet policy may be sent back.

Exchanges
The fastest way is “return for refund + place a new order.” For direct exchanges, contact support to confirm stock and any price differences.

Wrong Item/Missing Parts/Damaged on Arrival
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and the shipping label. We’ll arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund promptly.

International & Marketplace Orders
Cross-border orders may involve duties and longer timelines; such charges are generally non-refundable unless legally required. Orders placed via third-party marketplaces (e.g., Instagram Shop, Google, Facebook) must follow the marketplace return workflow; eligibility may differ.

Review & Risk Control
nigtlyn monitors abuse and may limit returns at our discretion. A government-issued ID may be required for verification.
